How it all began…

The founder and Managing Director of Cascon, Andrew Cassar, has a passion for architectural design and quality construction. After 10 years of working for other building companies, he decided to start his own businesses which has been delivering some of the Sydney’s best new homes solutions for the last 2 years. While gaining his practical experience in construction industry, Andrew completed a diploma of architectural technology and achieved builders license at the age of 27.

He strongly believes that developing the relationship with his clients and helping them along the journey with every project is the key to success.
